Gaspar features two levels, each with its own bar, dining space, and distinctive personality. In the downstairs Chandelier Bar & Dining Room, guests will find a light-filled space with high ceilings, offering a more casual environment for enjoying food and drinks at the bar with a focus being on champagne-based cocktails. An elegant staircase leads to the upstairs level comprised of two sections, the Main Dining Room and the Cognac Room. Dimly lit with low ceilings and boasting an unmistakable Mad Men-esque vibe, these intimate upstairs areas draw in guests with an air of exclusivity, seclusion, and bold hints of masculinity.
Our space evokes the ambiance of a traditional French Brasserie with inspired details including stylish rich leather seating, textural wall finishes, and a color palette of deep reds, dark browns and gold, which give the space a warm, yet vibrant energy. A beautiful collection of vintage light fixtures, including 14 chandeliers, exquisite hand painted ceilings, and detailed mosaic entryway exude an air of glamour and sophistication. Period artwork, polished brass bars, tufted banquettes, and customized wood tables provide the perfect complement to the rich interiors.
Gaspar's cuisine, helmed by Executive MIchael Reyes, showcases a menu of approachable brasserie fare comprised of classic French dishes, with the local Northern California landscape woven throughout. Our bars offer a crafted menu of Parisian-inspired cocktails, as well as unique takes on modern classics, such as the House Old-Fashioned. Along with Gaspar’s signature cocktails, guests will also find an array of carefully selected spirits as well as a Classic French & local wine list.
