For every item on our menu, Executive Chef, Charles Phan goes to the original source region of that item. He studies the traditional ingredients, flavors and techniques, then retreats to his Mission district test kitchen, where he and his team recreate the original using contemporary methods and the finest and freshest local ingredients. The finished product is a faithful reproduction of a world classic, modernized in subtle yet powerful ways. Our bartenders mix the perfect cocktails, bright and crisp with just a hint of sweetness; expertly crafted with the finest ingredients from small producers dedicated to quality.
PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Our private dining room seats a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 20 people.
We also offer the lounge for semi-private, full, sit-down dinners and lunches for large parties. The lounge is not a private space but offers a perfect atmosphere for larger parties who want a bit of separation from the main dining room. We can accommodate parties of 25-50 people at one or two banquet tables in the lounge. We offer seatings starting at 5:30 pm every evening for dinner. We offer seatings starting at 11:00 on Monday-Saturday or 11:30 am on Sundays for lunch.
