**As the holiday's approach PLEASE NOTE that we do have minimums in place for events for the month of December. The minimum for a daytime event is $2500.00 and an evening event is $5000.00. If these requirements work within your budget, we would be honored to host your event.
Executive Chef, Justin Perez is a culinary star and veteran Bay Area caterer and restaurateur. He has earned many culinary awards. He has been invited to the James Beard Foundation in New York twice while impressing foodies with his culinary skills. An honors graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Perez has taught courses in the San Francisco Bay area and abroad; and is in constant demand for winemaker dinners and charitable events. Chef Perez has been honored by Metro Silicon Valley as “Best Chef”. The San Jose Business Journal listed Chef Perez’s catering as a top caterer and has been listed as top chef with Metro Silicon Valley.
He has also been featured on multiple occasions in the S.F. Chronicle, the S.F. Examiner, the San Jose Mercury News, and twice honored with the cover of Gentry Magazine. Chef Perez was also the final guest on Gene Burns' S.F. KGO Radio “Dining Around” show. The Professional Wine Society of Silicon Valley has twice awarded Justin the highly acclaimed “Purple Foot” award. Chef Perez received the esteemed award from the Silicon Valley Concierge Association for Excellence in Hospitality and has supported San Jose’s Film Festival Ciniquest for the past 3 years staying connected with community events.
Creating roots in the local community is a high priority for this company as well. We will be participating in the annual Child Advocates, Stars Chef Charity and researching other charities to continue community support.
