Meet Executive Chef Richard Falbo
Executive Chef Richard Falbo brings with him over twenty years of experience. His talent and dedication, ultimately earned Falbo a degree from the New England Culinary Institute as well as Texas Tech University where he received a degree in restaurant and hotel management. Prior to joining Vinifera, Falbo spent two years working for Passion Food Hospitality where he developed extensive skills in kitchen operations, managing and training kitchen staff, and designing and preparing menus for all occasions. Chef Falbo is thrilled to be heading Vinifera’s kitchen and looks forward to sharing his love of food with guests.
Meet Sous Chef Landon Barnes,
Vinifera’s new Sous Chef, Landon Barnes, comes with a creative mind and a passion for the food industry. Before coming to Vinifera, Landon built up his experience at a variety of restaurants in the Washington, D.C. and Virginia area, including Archies, Rustico, and Passion Fish Restaurant. Prior to that, Landon graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in Springfield, Virginia, where he studied Business.
