EVENT PRICING (Monday-Friday (8am-10pm))
We deliver you an empty venue. All food, liquor, rentals, staffing, or additional services must be supplied by the client or vendor. Prices are subject to change based on demands of event and hours needed. We reserve the right to a custom quote depending on your event needs. A cleaning fee scaled to your event size will be added to your total. We also collect a refundable security deposit.
Intimate (25 or less) -- $1,500
Small (25 - 50) -- $3,000
Medium (50 - 100) -- $4,000
Large (100 Or More) -- $5,000 - $6,000

Our 5th Floor Event Space is equipped with built-in audio and a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen supplied with a WOLF cooking range and TV monitors. The room opens up to a luxurious private terrace designed by acclaimed architect Brian Sawyer of the firm Sawyer Berson. This event space is the perfect location for corporate gatherings, cocktail parties, product launches, showers and wedding receptions!
The 5th Floor Event Space features 1,280 sq. ft. of indoor space combined with 2,100 sq. ft. of lush outdoor space and is furnished with superior amenities including:

The Staten Island Room is a cozy, quiet conference room with a private terrace overlooking SoHo and 4 large cushy chairs (can add a couple conference chairs if needed). Equipped with WiFi and conference calls. The Staten Island Room is the perfect location for an intimate corporate meeting! Very close to A,C,E,N and 1 trains No smoking on terrace.
No alcohol. No filming.
Manhattan Room - 7 people
$50/hr (2 hr min)
Must be between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday! The Manhattan Room is outfitted with technology that will make your small meeting stand out like a WiFi, a flat screen TV, white boards, easels, conference calls, PowerPoint, and large windows with a great SoHo view. The Manhattan Room is the perfect location for an intimate corporate meeting. Very close to A,C,E,N and 1 trains No smoking on terrace. No drinking alcohol. No filming.
Queens Room – 20 people board room (30 people theatre)
$100/hr (2 hr min)
Must be between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday! Capacity - 25 seated Off to the side of our 5th Floor Event Space and Terrace is the Queens Room. This professionally equipped board room is the perfect location for intimate meetings, or breakout sessions. This room is also used as an additional catering room when you rent the 5th Floor Event Space. The Queens Room is outfitted with technology that will make your meeting stand out like a WiFi, a flat screen TV, white boards, easels, built-in sound system, conference calls, PowerPoint, and large windows to let in lots of natural light. Access to our lush private terrace on breaks! Very close to A,C,E,N and 1 trains
