Prime at the Bentley Hotel
For a fantastic meal in a no less fantastic setting head to Prime at the Bentley Hotel Rooftop, a two-level restaurant 30 stories above Manhattan’s Upper East Side. While their cuisine is worthy of other Prime Group restaurants, which have been redefining kosher dining for over two decades, this restaurant also features an absolutely spectacular view of the New York City, the East River and Queensboro Bridge. With the massive floor-to-ceiling windows, patrons are awed with the view whether seating inside or outside on their rooftop terrace. Thanks to the restaurant’s dazzling décor complete with dangling orb chandeliers, gilded chairs, and fractured mirrors for super-good luck, you get the feeling of being in some glamorous NY-based movie. The setting is simply perfect for sundown happy hour drinks, or romantic and casual dinners, and with a combined seating for 280, the space is perfect for hosting a celebration party.
The eclectic menu includes creative salads and appetizers, juicy burgers, incredibly tasty fish and meat entrees, and fresh sushi. Like its sister restaurants, Prime at the Bentley serves USDA Prime Certified Angus Beef- top quality, natural, hormone and antibiotic free beef, dry-aged in-house. Their Wagyu Ribs in lemongrass, ginger and soy marinade and crispy marinated Popcorn Chicken are some of the appetizers sure to please even the most particular diners. For a vegetarian starter go with their signature 90 Days Truffle Salami Salad, made with grilled vegetables, crispy mushroom, and basil and sundried tomato vinaigrette. The Bentley Rack, their 5 bone rib rack in sweet and spicy Korean marinade is guaranteed to wow your palette. Other excellent entrée recommendations include their Grilled Hanger Steak with corn puree, braised in citrus collard greens, or Grilled Rib Eye Steak served with red pepper coulis, grilled asparagus and crispy onions. Fish aficionadas will be more than pleased with an order of Pan Seared Branzino.
