Bar Sardine is a West Village corner restaurant and bar that’s serious about food and crazy about drinks. Open at noon each day, Bar Sardine has the same drop-in-anytime accessibility and friendly hospitality of our other restaurants in the neighborhood. Chef Matt Griffin (Fedora, Bar Sardine) features casual dishes and snacks with a creative bent and seasonal influence, from a killer burger to salads and sharable plates. The cocktails are created by our Director of Bar Operations Brian Bartels with his signature combination of playfulness and skill. Our carefully thought-out wine and beer lists round out our offerings.
